Which Indef products do you keep in stock?

Do you supply outside Coimbatore?
Yes. We dispatch across Tamil Nadu regularly and can arrange transport-safe packing for hoists and accessories. Ask for delivery options when you send your enquiry.
How does OEM warranty work when I buy from you?
Equipment is supplied through authorised channels so manufacturer warranty terms apply from invoice date, subject to OEM conditions. We help coordinate registration or claims when needed.
Can you provide load test certificates?
Yes. Load test certificates are available on request for applicable hoists. Mention this in your enquiry so we quote and schedule testing with dispatch.
How do you guard against counterfeit or grey-market hoists?
We source only through authorised factory or distributor routes, verify serials and packing where applicable and refuse stock we cannot trace. If anything looks wrong on receipt, call us before putting the hoist into service.
Can you hold a hoist for inspection before I buy?
Yes. Call ahead with the capacity you need and we will set a unit aside for counter inspection at Park Street.
